I get it. I totally understand the corporate life. That’s because I lived it for over a decade. Having worked at a large hedge fund in NYC, I experienced the long hours, the stressful meetings, the sugar cravings, the lack of sleep, etc. Sometimes I felt like I was in a vicious cycle that I just couldn’t break.
If only I could go back knowing what I know now!
As my corporate days are behind me, I’m on a mission to help all the incredibly hard working folks out there. I not only want to help them find a better work and life balance, but I also want to help them find balance while at the office.
